metalsdirectonline.com does not accept returns on cut pieces of metal. All merchandise sold through this website are custom cut from longer lengths of metal. 

Once an item is cut, the sale is considered final and the item is non-returnable. We only accept return shipments on items that were processed incorrectly. On the rare occasion that this should occur, customers may return these items to us and replacement items will be shipped immediately.

If you have a tax exempt status, please email us a copy of your tax exemption certificate before making a purchase. We will email you a “Tax exempt” code that can be entered during each purchase and will exempt each order from taxes each time it is used. We may ask you to periodicaly resubmit  proof of said tax exempt status as neccessary. You can send a copy of your tax exemption certificate to: info@metalsdirectonline.com

We do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via the Website is accurate, complete orcurrent. Material on the Website including photographs, images and text may be used by you for your own use.

We do keep a record of sales, invoices and emails.
